Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee social media accounts, execute paid advertising campaigns, develop and manage email workflows, assess performance, and ensure the progress of marketing initiatives across various channels concurrently.

• Administer and oversee company social media profiles across different platforms.

• Design advertising materials and branded content utilizing design and marketing software.

• Plan and publish content across multiple channels while tracking engagement metrics.

• Support the establishment, monitoring, and enhancement of paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis, presenting insights to the marketing team.

• Create, construct, schedule, and launch email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation.

• Evaluate email campaign effectiveness, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and trends in unsubscribes.

• Analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and additional reporting tools.

• Investigate industry trends and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing.

• Practical experience in social media management, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.

• Proficient with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Microsoft Design, or Adobe Acrobat.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, web analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

• Comprehension of SEO, SEM, keyword research, website optimization, and digital advertising techniques.

• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and its functionalities.

• Acquainted with marketing automation platforms and workflow management systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
