This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Create and launch new sections and pages for the website.
• Redesign and enhance existing pages to elevate user experience and conversion rates.
• Oversee continuous website maintenance and updates using the CMS.
• Ensure that website content is precise, up-to-date, consistent, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Enhance website usability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website development initiatives.
• Optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Boost organic visibility and discoverability.
• Assist with technical SEO best practices and overall website health.
• Track performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Manage and oversee marketing activities within HubSpot.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate campaign automation, workflows, and audience segmentation.
• Evaluate campaign performance and deliver reports with recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance marketing databases and campaign activities.
• Develop, create, and distribute campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn.
• Generate engaging content that aligns with campaign goals and target audiences.
• Assist with campaign reporting and optimization efforts.
• Tailor content for various digital marketing channels.
• Provide basic artwork and design assistance.
• Edit and produce short-form video content.
• Create and modify LinkedIn content and visual materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and aesthetic.
• Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a related role.
• Solid hands-on experience in digital marketing and website optimization.
• Essential practical experience with HubSpot.
• Strong familiarity with WordPress or a comparable CMS platform.
• Experience in managing, updating, and developing website content through a CMS.
• Knowledge of SEO and contemporary search optimization, including AEO and GEO.
• Experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in developing, scheduling, and publishing content on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including basic design and artwork skills.
• Experience in video editing and digital content production.
• Understanding of website user journeys and conversion optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding website content, branding, and consistency.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Fully remote, 4 days a week.
