Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives for a selection of foreUP clients.

• Formulate marketing strategies tailored to individual clients, aligning with their business objectives, seasonal focuses, and promotional prospects.

• Design, implement, track, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other authorized platforms.

• Develop and manage email marketing initiatives, newsletters, automated messages, and promotional content.

• Create and organize marketing materials, such as social media updates, blog entries, event promotions, and basic website modifications.

• Advertise tournaments, leagues, memberships, events, and special promotions on behalf of clients.

• Engage with clients to comprehend their priorities, collect content, evaluate performance, and suggest enhancements.

• Assess campaign effectiveness, oversee budgets, and deliver comprehensive reports on results, engagement metrics, leads, and return on marketing investment.

• Keep precise records of campaigns, client interactions, and account activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, assist with onboarding, and enhance client outcomes.

• Implement SEO, local search, and GEO best practices as applicable to client marketing efforts.

• Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, updates from platforms, and opportunities to enhance foreUP’s managed marketing services.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, agency services, or a client-facing marketing position.

• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, ideally through Google Ads.

• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and best practices for website optimization.

• Experience in developing email campaigns, newsletters, promotional material, or social media content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to interact directly with clients.

• Ability to analyze campaign data, clearly articulate results, and propose improvements.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple client accounts and priorities.

• Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or CRM systems.

• Willingness to learn new platforms, processes, and best practices in digital marketing.
