This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Strategize, create, and share captivating content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Maintain a structured content calendar and consistent posting schedule.
• Develop content specifically designed for various audiences, including families, patients, referral partners, and community members.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude (or similar) for drafting, repurposing, and scaling content creation.
• Produce and coordinate short-form videos, social media graphics, captions, blog articles, email content, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content is precise, professional, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles and local business listings.
• Oversee local SEO strategies, including citations, maintaining listing consistency, online reviews, and local ranking performance.
• Enhance visibility for targeted local search terms.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews in a professional manner.
• Track and report on local search performance metrics.
• Create and implement segmented email marketing campaigns tailored to different audience groups.
• Craft targeted messaging and calls-to-action that cater to audience needs.
• Monitor open rates, click rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Continuously refine campaigns based on engagement data and results.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure that contact information is up to date.
• Manage and reconcile contact databases within CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Document outreach activities, meetings, calls, and interactions related to campaigns.
• Organize contacts through effective segmentation and tagging for reporting and marketing objectives.
• Conduct outreach to referral sources, healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners.
• Arrange appointments and introductions with qualified referral partners.
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and bolster business development efforts.
• Keep detailed records of outreach activities and progress in the pipeline.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare, home health, senior care, assisted living, or referral-based sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI content tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience with local SEO tools like BrightLocal or similar is advantageous.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar are preferred.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English with clarity.
• Relevant work experience is a requirement.
• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on (when required).
