This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead marketing initiatives for the app, including CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, loyalty operations, data analysis, and reporting.
• Implement campaigns across the mobile application, overseeing offer builds, push notifications, in-app content, and channel activations.
• Create automated CRM programs for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation, while managing relationships with CRM agencies.
• Take ownership of loyalty program operations such as earn/burn mechanics, reward catalogs, point thresholds, and expiry policies, and plan and execute booster campaigns.
• Write and maintain BigQuery SQL for transactional app data, GA4 event data, and CRM platform exports; develop dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership utilizing Python and Looker Studio.
• Compile monthly leadership reports and perform incremental sales analysis for offers and campaigns, including designing methodologies and selecting control groups.
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and ensure alignment with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Loyalty Programs, or Customer Engagement.
• Practical experience in executing app marketing campaigns, including push notifications, in-app content, offers, and channel activations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing CRM and lifecycle marketing programs for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Familiarity with working alongside CRM agencies, managing campaign execution, and performance evaluations.
• Understanding of loyalty program operations, including earn/burn mechanics, reward structures, point management, and redemption campaigns.
• Experience in planning and executing customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Proficient SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets (BigQuery preferred).
• Background in analyzing transactional, CRM, and customer behavior data.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio and Python.
• Ability to conduct campaign performance analysis and evaluate incremental sales impact.
• Experience working with control groups, baseline analysis, and campaign measurement methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing external vendors and agency partners.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with a knack for collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
