This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate closely with the North American Marketing Manager on various campaigns, analytics, and sales enablement efforts.
• Campaign Implementation: Create and deploy email and LinkedIn campaigns, assist with targeting, segmentation, performance tracking, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, construct dashboards, and provide weekly performance summaries.
• Content & Creative: Generate newsletters, LinkedIn updates, and marketing materials, produce visuals, and edit and proofread content.
• Sales Enablement: Facilitate follow-ups from trade shows and customer engagements, develop sales collateral, and assist with the Customer Portal.
• Marketing Operations: Manage and maintain contact databases, support lead generation tools and workflows, and pinpoint opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in performance data.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a technical or industrial setting.
• Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Experience with CRM & marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facelift).
• Understanding of AI tools (for content generation, research, automation).
• Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar).
• Programming knowledge is advantageous. Most importantly: a willingness to learn and take initiative.
