This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and supervise a team of Email Marketing and Marketing Automation specialists, offering guidance, support, and ongoing professional development.
• Allocate resources and assign team tasks to ensure timely and precise execution of campaigns.
• Promote operational excellence throughout campaign workflows, quality assurance, reporting, and platform enhancement.
• Manage global digital marketing initiatives utilizing automation across email, web, and social media channels.
• Create audience-focused campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing, and retention efforts.
• Maintain the marketing automation calendar and guarantee visibility across international teams.
• Utilize Adobe platforms, including Adobe Marketo Engage or similar tools, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and other marketing automation solutions to design, enhance, and expand campaigns.
• Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and compliance across CRM systems, CDP, and other platforms.
• Facilitate audience segmentation, journey mapping, and real-time personalization driven by CDP data.
• Assist in lead nurturing and scoring to automate processes and enhance conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance and report key performance indicators (KPIs) by campaign, region, segment, and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Insights teams to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
• Spearhead A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Define, document, and continuously enhance marketing automation processes, campaign frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to decisions regarding marketing technology, integrations, and future advancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation.
• More than 2 years in a leadership role overseeing people.
• Practical experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Marketo Engage or comparable platforms.
• Strong grasp of B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience in managing global or multi-regional marketing initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and campaign automation.
• Excellent project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting platforms like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing, web, and sales.
• Comfort in using CRM systems such as SAP C4C and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, and Jira.
• Understanding of SEO, taxonomy, and content tagging strategies.
• Experience in B2B eCommerce or within the life sciences/healthcare sector is a plus.
