Digital Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to ensure a transparent and seamless client experience across all facets of the Client Experience.

• Conduct audits on digital accounts to identify anomalies, ensuring best practices are applied, comparing performance against benchmarks, and performing basic optimizations to secure customer success.

• Execute analyses that emphasize areas for performance enhancement.

• Assist with monthly recurring tasks for all accounts, including mid-month pacing and performance evaluations, adjustments for Facebook, and modifications for video campaigns.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams regarding account status and deliverables currently in progress.

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Understand clients' markets, objectives, and the methods to track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry, the company's culture, products/services, and strategic communication planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is preferred.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.

• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Eagerness to learn.

• Ability to think critically.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to write, listen, and articulate information clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven ability to take proactive ownership of projects.

• Capacity to set priorities and objectives effectively.
