This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Support the planning, execution, and enhancement of client accounts by collaborating closely with our Customer Success and Client Services Teams.
• Oversee social media Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives.
• Enhance the quality of SEM campaigns by improving the reporting of defined overall company objectives.
• Keep track of digital trends, emerging technologies, and potential risks.
• Consistently provide feedback and insights to support business objectives.
• Formulate web measurement strategies and report on key business metrics.
• Assess campaign and website performance through analytical tools, offering feedback and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain metrics and reports on marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate campaign results, analyze key metrics, and assess optimization outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience in digital marketing or the automotive sector is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Google AdWords is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Strong quantitative skills are essential for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with client services teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximized performance.
• Must be results-oriented, possess meticulous attention to detail, and be a team player.
• A passion for display and digital marketing is required.
• Ability to think creatively and identify as well as resolve issues.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the successes and failures of digital campaigns to clients and account executives.
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation are necessary.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills are essential.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
