Digital Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to ensure a transparent and seamless experience for clients throughout the entire Client Experience process.

• Conduct audits of digital accounts to identify anomalies, ensuring best practices are implemented, comparing performance against benchmarks, and performing basic optimizations to promote customer success.

• Execute analyses to emphasize areas for performance enhancement.

• Assist with monthly recurring tasks across all accounts, including mid-month pacing and performance evaluations, adjustments for Facebook, and modifications to video campaigns.

• Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding account status and ongoing deliverables.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Understand clients' markets, objectives, and how to monitor progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Cultivate and sustain a solid understanding of the automotive industry, the company's culture, its products/services, and strategic communication planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is preferred.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.

• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.

• Eagerness to learn.

• Must possess critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to write, listen, and express ideas clearly and professionally.

• Demonstrated capability to take proactive ownership of projects.

• Ability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to maintain focus and constructive conduct under pressure.
