This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee and arrange the CEO's email communications and inbox management.
• Highlight urgent emails and aid in prioritizing responses.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, send reminders, and ensure follow-ups.
• Facilitate the transition of projects and action items from pending status to completion.
• Create notes, summaries, and follow-up actions related to operations.
• Conduct research to identify vendors across the nation, including: Steel suppliers.
• Erection crews.
• Specialty construction vendors.
• Collect and organize vendor information such as: Contact details.
• Pricing.
• Service areas.
• Availability.
• Maintain searchable databases and spreadsheets for vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to retrieve any missing information.
• Update and manage product listings on WordPress.
• Upload and categorize product photos and images from projects.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop or similar software to resize and optimize images for the web.
• Assist in refreshing product descriptions and content for the website.
• Help ensure product pages are visually organized and accurate.
• Organize project photos and video content from construction projects.
• Create simple marketing videos for social media and website use using existing materials.
• Maintain orderly media libraries and digital assets.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate deliveries, scheduling, and logistics operations.
• Aid in tracking materials, shipments, and operational timelines.
• Assist with internal reporting and administrative tasks related to operations.
• Support daily operational problem-solving and coordination efforts.
• Handle data entry and documentation management tasks.
• Organize digital files and internal systems effectively.
• Manage recurring administrative duties.
• Provide assistance wherever necessary to ensure efficient operations.
• Prior experience in: Executive support.

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with vendor research and making professional outbound calls.
• Experience with updating WordPress websites.
• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills for marketing or social media purposes.
• Strong abilities in spreadsheet management and data organization.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
