Digital Health Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and recommendations to study teams concerning suppliers and technological options.

• Complete Requests for Proposal documentation and suggest suitable suppliers to meet study requirements.

• Provide leadership and expertise to facilitate the development of supplier specifications and setup activities throughout the trial lifecycle.

• Guide the cross-functional study team through scope changes, offering technical insights on the modifications, risk assessment, and oversight for system requirements updates.

• Oversee the resolution of issues raised by study teams under the direction of Digital Health CoE line management.

• Act as the primary contact for inspection readiness activities between the study team and the Digital Health technology suppliers.

• Represent the Digital Health CoE as a subject matter expert during internal cross-company meetings.

• Continuously evaluate new emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education/relevant experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a Clinical Research Organization is required.

• Proven knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required.

• Familiarity with industry best practices in vendor management is required.

• Strong project management and presentation skills, with the capability to independently lead a team, are required.

• Experience with Digital Health technology suppliers is preferred.
