Digital Health Business Development Manager, DACH & France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive the adoption and revenue enhancement of digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions throughout the DACH region.

• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of opportunities with hospital systems and healthcare providers.

• Lead intricate sales processes that involve clinical, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.

• Assist in tender processes and transform evaluation projects into commercial implementations.

• Foster relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and stakeholders in digital health.

• Collaborate with healthcare partners, system integrators, and innovation networks.

• Position digital health solutions within clinical pathways.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide support to local market teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, medical technology, digital health, or healthcare solutions.

• Background in business development, sales, solution sales, or commercial implementation within MedTech or healthcare solutions.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare systems, hospital workflows, and clinical pathways in the DACH region and/or France.

• Proficiency in German and English or fluency in French and English.

• Willingness to travel throughout the DACH and France regions.
