This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist Shuru in achieving higher rankings on LLMs (most critical).

• Ensure Shuru is easily discoverable and citable when potential buyers inquire about AI, product engineering, and tech consulting through platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.

• Oversee Shuru's social media presence and amplify our leadership's voice.

• Manage our company channels comprehensively, collaborating closely with our founders and leaders to refine and enhance their presence, ensuring their ideas reach the appropriate audience.

• Develop our brand and enhance our digital footprint.

• Create and publish technology case studies that are accessible and easy to comprehend.

• Drive an increase in inbound leads.

• Maintain and regularly update our website.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and foster growth quarter over quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or growth, preferably within a SaaS, development tools, technology, or an agency that serves them.

• Experience working independently or nearly independently, focusing on outcomes rather than just tasks.

• Proficient in social media, SEO, content creation, website management, and analytics; you have actively performed these tasks, not just overseen them.

• Familiarity with or genuine interest in AI/LLM visibility (GEO/AEO).

• Ability to write clearly and credibly for a technical audience.

• A pipeline and brand-focused mindset, rather than a preoccupation with impressions and follower counts.
