This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Act as the finance business partner for the Digital division and IPT segment.
• Deliver decision-making support to product development, sales, implementation, and operational leadership.
• Create and manage financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, operational planning, initiative tracking, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Assess new product initiatives, business performance, product/customer opportunities, and strategic growth efforts.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary on performance drivers, outlook, risks, and actions.
• Generate financial materials for earnings releases, Board meetings, and executive reviews.
• Conduct ad hoc projects, reporting, and analyses as needed.
• Coordinate relevant segment reporting and FP&A activities as required.
• Report directly to the Director of FP&A while supporting the business segments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-focused finance experience in payments, SaaS, fintech, digital products, software, or other high-growth technology-enabled sectors.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business partnering roles.
• Proven experience in building financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, performance reporting, and investment return assessments.
• Established track record of collaborating with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, enhance performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Ability to utilize AI-enabled tools for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to make fact-based decisions promptly.
• Competence in translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready communications.
• Experience with Hyperion/PBCS is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Reliable high-speed internet access; hotspot is not acceptable.
• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home work environment.
