• By leveraging a mix of traditional design expertise, AI technologies, and 3D workflows, you will produce clothing collections that captivate our players and enhance the growth of our in-game marketplace.

• You will also play a crucial role in guiding the broader team in the adoption of new technologies, refining creative workflows, and consistently elevating the quality of our fashion offerings.

• Create Exceptional Digital Assets

• Generate high-quality 2D concepts, textures, and 3D models.

• Utilize tools such as Blender, Maya, CLO/Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ensure assets adhere to our artistic, technical, and performance benchmarks for mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with Character Art and Technical Art teams to ensure designs transition smoothly into game-ready content.

• Engage Across the Studio

• Work closely with artists, developers, producers, and marketing teams to realize new fashion collections.

• Contribute to creative briefs and campaign strategies.

• Share ideas freely and collaboratively tackle creative challenges.

• Support the ongoing development of our content pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating digital fashion, costumes, or character apparel.

• Strong comprehension of fashion trends, garment construction, color theory, and composition.

• Familiarity with 3D content creation tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, CLO, or Marvelous Designer.

• Experience in creating textures and materials using tools like Substance Painter and Adobe Photoshop.

• Confidence in using contemporary AI creative tools within your design workflow.

• Strong visual communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• A collaborative spirit and a passion for ongoing learning.

• Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in content creation for games or virtual environments.

• Background in designing fashion for avatars or digital characters.

• Understanding of player behavior, virtual economies, or live-service gaming.
