
Digital Dental Sales Representative – Prosthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Achieving or surpassing sales and service objectives with Digital Dentistry & Prosthetics solutions in dental labs and/or clinics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan visits, activities, and training sessions.
• Document activities, opportunities, and forecasts using various business tools provided by the Company (e.g., CRM).
• Conduct periodic visits to both existing and prospective customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and preferences.
• Assist the Sales team in showcasing and selling prosthetics solutions, the digital workflow, and digital equipment.
• Demonstrate, install, and train on relevant digital products, solutions, and services.
• Offer technical support and hotline assistance to current customers.
• Analyze and evaluate sales trends within customer and territory markets.
• Organize prosthetics and digital sales activities based on the requirements of the territory.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to enhance relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee innovative marketing initiatives alongside sales representatives.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key influential figures.
• Manage and report product concerns and competitive sales tactics.
• Continuously study and stay updated on products and technologies.
• Present and promote the organization's courses and events.
• Provide after-sales technical support either on-site or via phone.
• Establish and uphold a travel schedule for consistent customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel locally approximately 80% of the time, as well as internationally for events and congresses.
• Dental technician and/or software application engineer background.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent educational background in medical, IT, business, or a related field.
• Ability to understand, articulate, and communicate highly technical product and clinical information.
• Proven professional sales skills in promoting products and their added value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer and IT proficiency, including CRM, CAD CAM, and Navigation Systems.
• Fluent or native English speaker.
• Valid driving license (travel required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental technician in a dental lab, or at least 3 years of success-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or similar competitors, or a minimum of 4 years in success-driven sales, ideally within the medical device sector.
