HR Systems Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in setting up new systems by configuring workflows, permissions, and templates tailored to client requirements.

• Provide support to clients in their daily utilization of HR platforms, including troubleshooting, updates, user access, and reporting.

• Aid in data migrations and conduct testing during implementation or updates.

• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and how-to guides for clients.

• Conduct practical training sessions and walkthroughs to empower users in confidently using their systems.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to enhance our client support practices continuously.

• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with HR systems, such as an HRIS administrator, HR coordinator, or in a support role. Hands-on experience with Hibob is crucial.

• Previous involvement with payroll processes or experience with payroll systems is a significant advantage.

• A solid understanding of HR team operations and the supportive role that systems play in their work.

• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for ensuring accurate setups.

• Excellent, approachable communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.

• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new platforms.
