Digital Coordinator, Bilingual (German & English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through phone, email, and video conferencing

• Support customers with inquiries regarding vehicle rental and the pick-up process

• Validate customer information and offer related assistance

• Deliver technical support during the key pick-up

• Collaborate with SIXT branches across various countries

• Encourage additional sales and implement process enhancements

• Proficient in both German and English

• Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous

• Customer-focused approach

• Excellent communication abilities

• Willingness to work night shifts
