This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate content collaboration between the Growing Faith and FLOURISH teams and the marketing and communications divisions of the National Society for Education.
• Create high-quality digital resources for student curriculum programs, sessions, and complimentary materials.
• Produce interactive and engaging content that supports students' educational journeys.
• Design and develop Learning Management System platforms to improve user experience and engagement.
• Assess digital trends, educational advancements, and digital tools to guide digital design strategies.
• Assist with interactive digital tools and features for online student programs.
• Serve as a communications and marketing liaison for the Growing Faith Foundation, Young Leaders, and FLOURISH initiatives.
• Aid in the production and distribution of digital content, including video and online resources, for schools, churches, families, and youth.
• Promote consistent branding, presentation, and digital communication practices.
• Share performance metrics, insights, and engagement data to support decision-making for programs.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital communication and social media platforms.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, consent, and data protection standards in the creation and use of digital content.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining a Virtual Learning Environment, including scripting, eLearning content development, and instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and standards, such as H5P and Articulate.
• Background in creating interactive digital design content for educational programs.
• Experience in developing support systems that facilitate effective user engagement.
• Competence in using IT technology and media to produce digital learning content.
• Ability to create and edit digital media, especially video and online materials.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Capability to meet tight deadlines and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical and self-organized approach.
• Dedication to children and young people, as well as to the Church of England's educational vision.
• Willingness to operate within the values of a Christian organization.
• Ability to foster effective working relationships and connect teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding, consent, and the appropriate use of digital content involving children and young people.
• Desirable: experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Desirable: experience in conducting social media marketing campaigns.
• Desirable: background in marketing or communications within a multi-stakeholder organization.
• Desirable: experience in interpreting and sharing engagement or performance data.
