Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle EPM, Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and guide engagement teams.

• Develop enduring relationships with clients.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to address clients’ most significant challenges.

• Strategize, design, and implement technology solutions that align with client objectives, visions, and missions.

• Provide mentorship to junior members of the engagement team.

• Offer expertise, constructive feedback, and support.

• Focus on enterprise software products and utilize specialized knowledge.

• Facilitate and engage in the professional growth of Huron staff in project management and technical aspects.

• Contribute to various projects with varying scales and timelines.

• Travel as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning).

• Successfully executed multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly establish trusting and collaborative relationships.

• Capacity to train and partake in the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical areas.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to various projects of differing scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to engage with client or internal project teams.
