Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with federal, state, and local government entities.

• Implement agile solutions and convert insights into actionable strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Oversee projects and guide teams of junior staff members.

• Develop enduring relationships with clients.

• Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that align with client objectives.

• Mentor junior staff within the engagement team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning) implementations within a consulting capacity.

• Successfully executed multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle EPM Planning (Planning and/or ePBCS).

• Experience in government and/or public sector project implementation is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—along with the interpersonal skills necessary to quickly establish trust and collaboration.

• Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical areas.

• Demonstrated capability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
