Digital Consulting Director – Oracle Student Financial Aid, Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.

• Identify knowledge gaps in practice and develop strategies to enhance skills.

• Create comprehensive project plans while managing budgets and resource allocation.

• Oversee engagement economics, cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships, and ensure high-quality and efficient project outcomes and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a technical developer.

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead role.

• Expertise in Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) and groovy scripting.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Experience with cloud implementations and integrations.

• Proven end-to-end implementation experience.

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity as a technical specialist, architect, and/or developer with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA).

• Capability to train and aid in the professional development of Huron technical staff.

• Ability to contribute to multiple projects of various scales and durations.

• Willingness to support pursuit activities by attending and participating in orals as a technical expert.

• Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time.
