Digital Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Digital Consultant (all genders), you will provide strategic advisory services and operational support for our clients engaged in digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborating with your team, you will formulate system recommendations for contemporary IT infrastructures that include PIM, CRM, CMS, and/or marketing automation, while considering current digital trends and innovations.

• You have a strong aversion to stagnation.

• As a thought partner, source of initiatives, and catalyst for innovation, you aim to deliver the most customized solutions for our clients.

• We adopt a holistic approach, overseeing everything from project planning to execution and success evaluation.

• Throughout the entire process, you will serve as a point of contact for both colleagues and clients, facilitating project implementation in the context of a “proof of concept.”

• You will enhance transparency in the project workflow and empower clients to tackle challenges independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a collaborative individual with exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.

• With your background in supporting digital projects, you are prepared to join us as a Digital Consultant (m/f/d).

• You possess a solid understanding of (multi-)platform orchestration and administration, along with API management and security.

• Your competencies include agile methodologies, change management, project management, and creative workshop techniques like Design Thinking, which you exemplify in your day-to-day activities through a "hands-on" approach.

• Ideally, you have experience with implementing web, cloud-native, data, RPA, or cognitive platforms, including operational and introduction models such as CI/CD, microservice architecture, and domain-driven design or similar methodologies.
