This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Enhance the execution of processes and operational efficiency for treasury management products and services across various areas, including workflow, origination, billing, core banking, digital banking, and related technologies.
• Design, document, configure, test, and implement enhancements to assigned applications and platforms following the bank’s change management protocols.
• Investigate upcoming changes and releases related to platforms and integrated applications.
• Collaborate with leadership from Consumer and Treasury Services, Product Management, Implementations, and other internal departments on initiatives and enhancements.
• Work together with core banking, payments, and integration teams to guarantee seamless data flows, authentication, entitlements, and an improved customer experience.
• Streamline processes, deliver efficiencies, and oversee platform integrations.
• Resolve user issues, establish user profiles, and assist in the business adoption of platform features.
• Participate in industry and product webinars and assess newly released functionalities and their impact on workflows.
• Conduct internal audits and test key monitoring controls for reputational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Evaluate digital channel performance, including adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, uptime, and incident trends, driving continuous enhancements.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to enable API-based core integration with digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and channel management, encompassing online and mobile features, configurations, and release cycles.
• Understanding of customer experience principles, journey mapping, and best practices in accessibility and usability.
• Capability to utilize digital analytics and KPI reporting for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies, including roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, UAT, and release readiness.
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract/SLA concepts, including issue escalation and performance tracking.
• Understanding of digital banking security and risk concepts, such as authentication, entitlements, fraud controls, privacy, and third-party risk.
• Awareness of formal change management and SDLC practices in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of integration concepts and banking technology ecosystems, including core banking, payments, SSO, APIs, and third-party fintech connections.
• Ability to translate business needs and customer challenges into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Skill in assessing risks, escalating issues, and resolving incidents and customer-impacting defects.
• Proficiency in leveraging analytics and feedback loops to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and iterate on solutions.
• Capability to manage vendor relationships and facilitate governance, including release planning, support reviews, and roadmap alignment.
• Ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and security requirements.
• Skill in interpreting and applying banking regulations and internal policies for digital channels and third-party services.
• Quick learner of platform capabilities, able to coach internal teams on effective use and support.
• Problem-solving ability in complex and ambiguous situations, driving decisions to completion.
• Competence in creating documentation and communications for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital banking, banking technology, product/platform management, or related financial services positions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery, encompassing requirements, testing/UAT, change management, and release coordination.
• Preferred experience with digital banking vendors/platforms and integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics/reporting tools.
