• Present CSI digital banking solutions and outline implementation specifications.
• Facilitate data gathering sessions to clarify data transfer and application configuration.
• Set up applications and lead testing review meetings with client banks.
• Offer support after implementation and ensure a successful launch.
• Keep up to date with product updates and enhancements.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• General knowledge of banking and accounting is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to acquire new knowledge.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
