Digital Asset Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Perform wallet management tasks utilizing hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions.

• Oversee and record daily activities related to staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions.

• Manage the complete trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, margin tracking, collateral oversight, settlements, and daily reconciliations.

• Ensure data integrity across fund administrators, prime brokers, custody partners, and source documentation.

• Take ownership of internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedural documentation.

• Assist in operational security measures and escalate any issues to the COO team.

• Coordinate compliance protocols and vendor operations.

• Facilitate workflow continuity across research, trading, compliance, and technology departments.

• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and process metrics.

• Promote process enhancement and automation initiatives.

• Support the implementation of technology platforms and conduct business continuity testing.

• Report directly to the COO team and collaborate daily with trading, technology, and compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations within a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services organization.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Strong, clear, direct, and proactive communication skills across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in high-stakes, 24/7 market environments with changing priorities.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Direct experience in digital asset operations, including custody, settlements, staking, and DeFi workflows (preferred).

• Familiarity with exchange or counterparty operations and post-trade settlements (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on system monitoring and incident documentation (preferred).

• Educational background in finance, technical fields, or business (preferred).
