Digital Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert assistance and implementation of Digital solutions, including RI Witness.

• Oversee new installations and provide post-implementation training in the capacity of project manager.

• Assist the commercial team by conducting product demonstrations and validating technical aspects throughout the sales process.

• Carry out system assessments and suggest optimizations to enhance usage and user satisfaction.

• Document activities related to installation, training, and customer interactions.

• Keep product knowledge and support materials up to date.

• Elevate technical issues and work collaboratively with technical services and R&D teams.

• Aid in the onboarding and mentoring of junior specialists as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows.

• Excellent communication and training abilities.

• Capability to troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate across various teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• At least 3 years of experience in IVF laboratories, technical application support, or deployment of digital solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel frequently and spend time in clinical and laboratory environments.

• Extended periods of working on a computer.

• Occasional lifting of equipment weighing up to 20 kg.

• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and occasionally internationally.
