Digital and Video Designer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage effective visual storytelling techniques to enhance engagement and understanding across various platforms.

• Develop and tailor assets for digital marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, email imagery, landing page components, and internal communications.

• Design and produce high-quality print materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, posters, and event collateral.

• Edit and create short-form videos and multimedia content for enrollment initiatives, social media, testimonial presentations, and promotional campaigns.

• Generate basic motion graphics, multimedia assets, and video adaptations for various marketing channels.

• Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to aid in concept development, image generation, video production, and creative experimentation.

• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, content strategists, marketing managers, and project managers to achieve cohesive creative outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of templates, design systems, and workflows that enhance consistency and efficiency.

• Ensure the consistent application of brand standards across schools, campaigns, and various formats.

• Maintain organized files, version control, and libraries of creative assets.

• Engage constructively in critique sessions and feedback processes.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and upholding quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, production design, or a similar field.

• A portfolio showcasing strong skills in both print and digital design, including campaign materials, social media assets, marketing content, and multimedia projects.

• Capability to independently produce production-ready designs with minimal supervision.

• Experience in creating assets across print, digital, social media, email, and web platforms.

• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted creative tools.

• Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content production.
