This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a team of three individuals (design, web, media), ensuring clear organization of priorities, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality delivery, with a strong client-centric philosophy at Karizoda.
• Serve as the team's reliable point of contact for technical inquiries and deadlines;
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings aimed at removing obstacles and aligning expectations;
• Foster team growth through technical mentoring and ongoing feedback.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in Brazil and the United States, catering to both local and digital enterprises (B2B and B2C);
• Create product launch strategies (infoproducts) and ongoing sales funnels;
• Conduct thorough persona and competitor analyses;
• Implement, configure, and enhance sales ecosystems: CRM systems (HubSpot, RD Station, Kommo, etc.) integrated with automation tools (ManyChat, Make, Zapier, Apollo, Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram);
• Design conversion pathways for cold lists, prioritizing impactful sales outcomes;
• Combine content strategy, technical SEO, and copywriting to establish authority and generate leads, building lists and audiences from scratch;
• Engage in client meetings, guiding the strategic aspects of deliverables with a consultative approach, performance focus, and continuous assessment with a Growth Hacking mindset.
• Strategically and technically manage high-performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for Karis and its clients, with a strong emphasis on ROI/ROAS and reducing CAC. You will be the brain behind and executor of operations, consistently striving to achieve more with less;
• Conduct strategic diagnostics on campaigns with a Growth Hacking lens, recommending enhancements based on data and tangible results.
• When a new tool arises or an integration encounters issues, take the initiative to find solutions (research, test, and implement);
• We expect you to demonstrate ownership and commitment;
• Utilize AI in a critical and analytical manner: while AI serves as a foundation, review and the 'human strategic touch' are essential.
• Demonstrated end-to-end technical SEO expertise (keyword research, structure, on-page optimization, link building, and actual performance via Search Console);
• Proven success with campaigns targeting cold lists (extracted or purchased), encompassing copywriting, funnel creation, nurturing, and conversion;
• Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Dux-Soup, and LinkedIn automation tools;
• Practical experience in implementing, automating, and managing CRMs (HubSpot, RD Station, or similar), structuring stages, and integrating with sales teams;
• A history of building an audience and generating leads from the ground up;
• Technical and analytical proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Conversion) and Meta Ads, with the ability to diagnose and recommend optimizations;
• Experience managing performance-critical client accounts, with tangible targets and daily performance tracking;
• Proficiency in English (preferred).
