Digital Analyst – CRO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to CRO and product teams using data-driven insights to facilitate key decision-making processes.

• Design and implement A/B tests that reveal opportunities for enhancing player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Collaborate with analytics developers to guarantee reliable data collection, efficient tracking implementation, and prompt issue resolution.

• Create and sustain dashboards and alert systems for real-time tracking of conversion metrics.

• Analyze user behavior patterns to pinpoint UX improvements and opportunities for product adoption.

• Identify customer preferences and market trends that shape our product strategy.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate solid SQL proficiency for querying databases and manipulating data.

• Have practical experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

• Possess hands-on knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.

• Be familiar with digital analytics platforms, tracking mechanisms, and data layers.
