Digital Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate measurement of the client's digital channels, both Web and App.

• Convert data into actionable insights and dashboards.

• Define tagging requirements for Web projects.

• Coordinate with both internal and external data providers.

• Analyze digital business metrics and performance of Web and App channels on a regular basis.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business inquiries.

• Generate insights aimed at maximizing revenue and enhancing user experience.

• Analyze and optimize the digital user experience.

• Analyze, prioritize, and make decisions on cross-functional actions based on data.

• Prioritize and make decisions based on insights from business units.

• Evaluate the performance of commercial assets and owned channels.

• Track the customer journey for acquisition and subscription.

• Set up and conceptualize channels and attribution models.

• Create dashboards using Power BI and Adobe Analytics.

• Participate in impactful client projects and progressively take on new challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.

• Additional training in digital analytics.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics.

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Familiarity with Shopify.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Search Console, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.

• Proficiency in Catalan is an advantage.
