
Digital Advertising Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive campaign execution across paid search, paid social, ABM, and video platforms, which includes campaign setup, ad refreshes, optimization, quality assurance, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Conduct and document tests on each platform (such as ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies) utilizing a structured test-and-learn methodology.
• Create, launch, and refine variations of landing pages using a no-code page builder to meet conversion, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.
• Over 2 years of hands-on experience directly managing paid social, display, video, and paid search campaigns.
• A methodical approach to testing; capable of designing clear experiments and documenting insights learned.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with digital ad strategists to enhance campaign value through optimization.
• A clear and transparent style of written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven history of executing campaigns without errors.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools as part of the workflow.
