Digital Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from the onboarding phase through to campaign execution.

• Develop robust, trust-based relationships with clients by comprehending their goals and consistently providing value.

• Proactively tackle client issues, resolve challenges, and guarantee high satisfaction and retention rates.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, assisting clients in expanding their influencer marketing initiatives.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and surpass expectations.

• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to identify and match creators with campaigns.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns, ensuring seamless cooperation between internal teams and clients.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Assist brands in crafting high-performing ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.

• Work alongside Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to enhance briefs and deliver actionable feedback.

• Partner closely with the Paid Media Specialist to optimize content for performance marketing goals.

• Collaborate with creators to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with motion designers to guarantee smooth post-production processes and the timely delivery of final creative assets.

• Offer structured feedback to creators and the production team to refine content.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing context.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, encompassing influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and paid social strategies.

• Outstanding project management and organizational skills—capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients—proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly from beginning to end.

• Bonus points for experience in a startup or rapidly growing company.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies.
