This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from onboarding through to campaign execution.
• Establish robust, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their goals and consistently providing value.
• Proactively tackle client issues, resolve challenges, and guarantee high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, assisting clients in scaling their influencer marketing strategies.
• Supervise the complete execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and surpass expectations.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to identify and match creators with campaigns.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Advise brands on developing high-performing advertising creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Work alongside Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to refine project briefs and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Specialist to optimize content for performance marketing goals.
• Engage with creators to guarantee high-quality content production that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with motion designers to facilitate smooth post-production and delivery of final creative assets.
• Offer structured feedback to creators and the production team to enhance content quality.
• A minimum of 4 years in account management, client success, or project management, preferably within an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing context.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), and paid social media.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills—capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities—proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach, ensuring campaigns proceed smoothly from inception to completion.
• Preferred: Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies.
