This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, guaranteeing an exceptional experience from onboarding through to campaign execution.
• Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients by comprehensively understanding their goals and consistently providing value.
• Proactively tackle client concerns, address challenges, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, assisting clients in scaling their influencer marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects remain on schedule and surpass expectations.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and align creators with campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients.
• Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist brands in developing high-performing ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Work together with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to enhance briefs and provide actionable feedback.
• Partner closely with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure content is optimized for performance marketing goals.
• Collaborate with creators to ensure the production of high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with motion designers to guarantee smooth post-production and delivery of final creative assets.
• Offer structured feedback to creators and the production team to refine content.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing setting.
• Strong background in digital marketing, encompassing influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities—capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills—proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach, ensuring campaigns operate smoothly from inception to completion.
• Bonus points: Experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies.
