Digital Account Manager

📋 Description

• Achieve the objectives of APC and its clientele

• Implement strategies to enhance American Packaging’s market presence

• Increase revenue from Digitally Printed Packaging through effective sales methods

• Oversee and expand Digital accounts

• Cultivate a strong understanding of products and customer needs

• Create and execute plans to boost market share

• Collaborate with Customer Service and Graphics departments

• Enforce pricing strategies to optimize profitability

• Establish sales targets, craft customized proposals, and follow up with clients

• Support product development initiatives

• Regularly update CRM data and carry out market research

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales and relationship-building experience preferred

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

• Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents

• Skill in effectively presenting information, including financial data, and responding to inquiries from management and clients

• Comfort with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference

• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
