This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engage and convert warm inbound leads through various digital channels, including email, chat, social media, and webinars.
• Analyze data to identify obstacles and areas for improvement.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that foster genuine conversations rather than traditional sales pitches.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to paid conversion, with a goal to achieve full quota within the first 90 days.
• Increase revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of Kinatico Compliance and Kinatico CVCheck services.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline management in your CRM to keep track of progress and identify areas needing attention.
• Quickly and decisively eliminate unqualified leads to maintain focus on accounts that demonstrate a genuine fit and intent.
• Utilize AI tools to extract insights from customer interactions and continuously refine your approach.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to guarantee a smooth transition and a customer journey that leads to positive NPS outcomes.
• Work in partnership with Marketing & Product teams to relay market observations, including customer purchasing behavior, motivations, and resonating factors.
• Convey customer requirements, objections, and emerging trends to inform the Product roadmap.
• 3–5 years of experience in SMB B2B SaaS or technology sales, with a preference for full-cycle experience.
• A natural connector who makes conversations enjoyable and knows how to advance discussions with warmth and purpose.
• Skilled at asking insightful questions, actively listening, and leading with curiosity before presenting a pitch.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and translating features into meaningful outcomes for each buyer.
• Self-managed and disciplined, taking ownership of your pipeline and results without needing constant oversight.
• Boundless curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
• Your passion for your work is evident and infectious.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage your pipeline and report on activities.
• Familiar with using AI tools to enhance efficiency, extract insights, and engage customers effectively.
• Knowledge of Compliance, RegTech, HR Tech, or workforce management technology is a plus.
