Digital Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Support account managers and associates in delivering our digital services, including email marketing, media buying, social media development, and website maintenance for all clients.

• Keep content calendars and performance reporting dashboards updated to ensure the prompt delivery of digital content.

• Assist account leads in composing engaging, timely, and well-crafted copy that aligns with client objectives and messaging across various digital channels, such as email, websites, social media, and online advertising.

• Develop and set up landing pages to bolster digital marketing campaigns.

• Oversee and refresh digital fundraising and paid advertising performance dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

• Help onboard new clients by ensuring a seamless transition and a well-documented setup that adheres to our standard operating procedures.

• Provide creative organic social media copywriting and scheduling assistance to the digital accounts team.

• Monitor and respond to support tickets related to digital platforms to ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication with clients.

• Design, approve, and send emails following the established quality assurance process for our email-sending platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 1 year of experience with email sending platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp; familiarity with Iterable is a plus.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Excel), and WordPress is preferred.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Bloomerang, Kindful) and online fundraising platforms (WinRed, Anedot) is advantageous.

• 1-3 years of experience in organic or paid social media or email content production for a company or organization is required.
