This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients

• Perform assessments for clients

• Assist clients in creating a wellness vision

• Support clients in setting weekly health and nutrition SMART goals

• Design educational and treatment plans tailored to individual clients’ needs, vision, and goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary

• Oversee client scheduling

• Record and submit appointment notes


⛳️ Requirements

• Valid CDR RD licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of one-on-one counseling or coaching experience

• National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential or equivalent coaching training or certifications

• Specialty experience is advantageous
