This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Increase Antech's customer engagement with the complete product range, including AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables, and cutting-edge reference lab solutions.
• Provide support to existing customers and align efforts with a designated region.
• Identify hospitals that are positioned for growth with Antech and develop strategies to achieve client expansion.
• Collaborate with the Diagnostic Sales Manager, Diagnostic Sales Associates, and sales team on initiatives for growth and customer satisfaction.
• Select clients to concentrate growth efforts on and collaborate with the field sales team to meet growth objectives.
• Regularly reach out to selected customers to deliver service, address concerns, and promote retention.
• Track the monthly customer retention metrics and territory growth objectives to uncover growth prospects and identify attrition threats.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to focus on customer growth and retention strategies.
• Engage with hospitals in person or virtually to explore opportunities and offer assistance.
• Educate customers about Antech's innovations, products, programs, and marketing tools aimed at growth.
• Utilize Salesforce.com, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and other software systems to manage accounts and maintain documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Antech's product and service offerings.
• Participate in business meetings to evaluate hospital performance and explore growth avenues.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and connect DSMs with new business prospects.
• Conduct research prior to site visits to foresee potential issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Organize daily support and customer-related activities during meetings.
• Gather, process, model, and analyze data to recognize opportunities.
• Direct issues to the appropriate associates for resolution.
• Engage in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Navigate uncertain situations consistently with Mars’ Five Principles and uphold integrity.
• Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or a Business-related field) or relevant on-the-job sales experience.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a veterinary technician, laboratory technician, or medical assistant.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior sales or customer service experience in a professional service sector (preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, etc.) is mandatory.
• Strong preference for knowledge of Diagnostic services.
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to positively interact and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals and departments, both in person and via phone.
• Effective and positive communication skills with all levels of personnel over the phone.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Must possess the capability to take initiative and work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
• Quick learner of new and existing software with minimal time to reach proficiency.
• Ability to analyze and interpret substantial data sets, synthesizing them into actionable plans using the assigned CRM.
• Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 20% of the time.
