This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio.
• Utilize company-generated leads to identify new business opportunities and secure sales in an expanded market.
• Collaborate with various channel partners within Health Care Providers (HCP), Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care organizations.
• Build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external healthcare stakeholders (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, Certified Diabetes Educators, etc.).
• Act with a sense of purpose and urgency, engaging others in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Prioritize the needs and interests of others while promoting positive change.
• Stay informed about internal and competitor products and market positioning by leveraging various resources.
• Achieve proficiency in the Company’s sales model to promote product adoption and usage throughout the buying cycle.
• Communicate information professionally and accurately.
• Create business plans aligned with current trends and objectives that incorporate both short-term and long-term actions.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor strategies.
• Deliver assigned sales results in the primary care market, focusing on enhancing awareness and education about Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and the FreeStyle Libre brand.
• Achieve sales targets within the endocrinology market as designated.
• Present products and services using appropriate resources with confident and persuasive reasoning.
• Customize sales strategies to address customer needs by utilizing suitable resources.
• Handle objections thoughtfully and explore different viewpoints to address them tactfully.
• Develop and execute plans (e.g., territory, account, and call strategies) that include goals, action steps, timelines, and resources.
• Convey information in a clear and concise manner.
• Actively listen and respond to others to fully understand their messages.
• Regularly monitor and report progress against established plans.
• Adjust efforts as necessary to meet objectives.
• Complete all administrative duties accurately and punctually.
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly activities using a call reporting/tracking system.
• Ensure accountability for all samples in alignment with Division guidelines.
• Operate within quality standards set for compliance.
• Implement and uphold the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of prior sales experience with a proven sales record from previous roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, high energy levels, integrity, and a strong ambition to succeed.
• Preferred sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• B2B sales experience is also beneficial.
