This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and support NCC Group clients within the Incident Response domain.

• Lead and engage in thorough technical assessments, managing incident response initiatives.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout each engagement.

• Offer trusted expertise and guidance to clients during intricate and high-stress situations.

• Mentor, assist, and cultivate the skills of junior consultants, promoting technical excellence, professional development, and a collaborative team environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in incident response, digital forensics, or security operations, with a clear emphasis on incident response delivery.

• Proven track record of leading teams during cyber incidents, providing clear incident management and technical guidance to clients.

• Robust knowledge of enterprise security controls and prevalent defensive technologies.

• Capability to design and implement scripts, tools, or automation to improve investigative effectiveness and response efficiency.

• Practical experience in triaging and investigating Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering incident response engagements within cloud environments.

• Ability to generate clear, high-quality written and verbal communications, including reports, presentations, recommendations, and executive-level findings for clients.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CREST CPIA, CRIA, CCNIA, or CCHIA, as well as SANS certifications including GCFA, GNFA, or GCIH.

• Experience in conducting technical tabletop exercises and guiding clients through incident scenarios to assess and enhance processes and response capabilities.

• Strong comprehension of common enterprise technologies and configurations, including cloud platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and GCP.
