This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute file integrity monitoring procedures.
• Gather and automate the collection of audit evidence.
• Establish and enhance base images utilized across the organization.
• Implement and sustain operational security for SailPoint products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments to manage global customer-facing SaaS infrastructure.
• Introduce security enhancements, tools, and utilities for automating security processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in securing the AWS-based SaaS environment.
• Partner on projects with team members and other departments.
• Lead and execute security improvement initiatives.
• Independently manage on-call incidents.
• Work alongside developers to securely deploy new features and services.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to meet SLAs on vulnerability and misconfiguration resolutions.
• Design and enhance operational practices and procedures.
• Proactively adhere to information security and compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, and SSAE 16.
• Proven experience in 24x7 production operations, ideally supporting a highly available SaaS or cloud service environment.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of SIRP, SIEM, and IDS/IPS/WAF solutions.
• Experience in securing containerized applications and images.
• Proficient in file integrity monitoring (FIM).
• Background in release automation, including tools like Jenkins or similar.
• Experience in system administration, configuration, and debugging.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Ruby or Python.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform.
• Knowledge of command execution frameworks.
• Strong grasp of system and networking concepts along with troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to establish and enforce processes and influence engineers who are not direct reports.
• Capability to thrive in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work at least 4 overlapping hours with the US time zone.
• Readiness to participate in an on-call rotation.
