DevOps Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of the infrastructure that supports both the E-commerce and B2B ecosystems.

• Guarantee the continuous availability of high-demand platforms around the clock.

• Oversee the management of Kubernetes clusters and associated services.

• Maintain the availability, scalability, and security of essential environments.

• Develop and refine development, security, and operational pipelines (CI/CD).

• Ensure that environments remain current and adhere to Information Security best practices.

• Monitor both production and staging environments.

• Proactively detect and address the root causes of incidents.

• Evaluate infrastructure and suggest ongoing improvements.

• Guide team analysts and assist in enhancing their technical and interpersonal capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with AWS cloud architecture and its services.

• Profound expertise in Kubernetes.

• Experience in optimizing and creating Docker images.

• Advanced knowledge of Terraform.

• Proficiency in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Strong administrative skills and a high level of proficiency in Linux environments.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of networking concepts.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes Operators and ArgoCD, along with familiarity with Argo Stack projects.

• Understanding of Crossplane.

• Intermediate knowledge of security principles applicable to infrastructure.

• Clear and direct communication skills.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to independently pursue knowledge and solutions.

• Capability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Willingness to mentor Level II and Level III analysts.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and respond promptly to changing circumstances.
