This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and configure workflows within ServiceNow utilizing low-code/no-code tools such as Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.

• Assist in ongoing initiatives to enhance platform maturity, focusing on process standardization, module optimization, and the implementation of best practices.

• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems through the use of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Aid in ServiceNow administration responsibilities, which include user/role management, ACLs, and instance configuration.

• Facilitate update set management and oversee application deployment across different ServiceNow environments.

• Diagnose workflow and platform-related issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary.

• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and cybersecurity teams to ensure development aligns with federal security and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).

• Document workflows, configurations, and changes to the platform to promote knowledge sharing and fulfill contract deliverables.

• Contribute to the development of platform enhancement roadmaps that aim to increase ServiceNow maturity and user adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration.

• Proven experience in creating workflows using ServiceNow low-code/no-code tools.

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide API.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to function effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

• U.S. Citizenship is required (as per contract stipulations).
