DevOps Medallia Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and script-based configurations and enhancements for the Medallia platform.

• Administer and configure the Medallia platform, which includes creating, modifying, and maintaining reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations.

• Set up, test, and deploy customer surveys and feedback programs.

• Oversee Medallia Digital properties, intercepts, tagging, and digital experience configurations.

• Collect requirements, conduct impact assessments, and provide business analysis support.

• Troubleshoot platform, reporting, data, and integration issues across business and IT teams.

• Offer comprehensive support for the SaaS application and its underlying ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and IBM DataStage.

• Execute data validation and root-cause analysis, and assist with SQL and database investigations as necessary.

• Share insights and maintain the Confluence knowledge base in a structured, LLM-friendly format.

• Complete assigned development tasks from start to finish.

• Create or update at least one knowledge base article each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with the Medallia platform, including both administration and configuration.

• Strong JavaScript expertise, along with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and scripting.

• Application development experience, preferably in a DevOps or platform support setting.

• Familiarity with Medallia surveys, reporting, and Medallia Digital.

• Experience in supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, ideally within Microsoft Fabric and/or IBM DataStage.

• Proficient SQL skills for data validation and root-cause analysis.

• Capability to manage issues from start to finish and coordinate troubleshooting efforts between business and IT teams.

• Strong documentation practices and a dedication to knowledge sharing.

• Ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to the role.

• Direct experience with the Medallia platform is essential.

• Experience with Atlassian Rovo is desirable.

• Experience in building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers is a significant advantage.

• Experience in developing AI solutions with ADK (Agent Development Kit) is highly valued.
