DevOps Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee technical projects aimed at addressing technical debt remediation.

• Ensure compliance with Client Technology standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Actively engage in hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with the team to define and prioritize remediation tasks.

• Offer technical guidance and support for decision-making processes.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify project scope and expectations.

• Advocate for Client Engineering best practices and foster continuous improvement within the team.

• Proven experience in technical debt remediation.

• Strong hands-on engineering skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Demonstrated technical leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficient in risk and dependency management.

• Experience in technical planning and prioritization.

• Understanding of engineering standards, governance, and compliance.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

• Nice to have: Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices.

• Nice to have: Insight into enterprise architecture.
