DevOps Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take charge of cloud and server infrastructure.

• Ensure that environments are secure, dependable, scalable, and well-organized.

• Support websites and applications primarily developed with PHP (WordPress, Laravel), Node (Strapi, Next), and Python.

• Administer Linux servers effectively.

• Manage cloud infrastructure efficiently.

• Oversee deployments and CI/CD processes.

• Monitor system performance.

• Manage backups, security, DNS, and SSL.

• Optimize system performance.

• Troubleshoot incidents as they arise.

• Implement stronger infrastructure and DevOps standards.

• Enhance automation processes.

• Create comprehensive documentation.

• Proactively suggest improvements in reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Linux.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

• Proficient with Nginx/Apache.

• Knowledge of database management.

• Experience with Git version control.

• Understanding of deployment workflows.

• Knowledge of AWS, Vercel, Digital Ocean, and Coolify.

• Proficient in Docker.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Cloudflare.

• Experience with monitoring platforms.

• Knowledge of Terraform or Ansible is a plus.

• Strong technical expertise.

• Ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
