DevOps Engineer – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain cloud environments

• Administer and manage CI/CD pipelines

• Automate and enhance processes

• Detect vulnerabilities and security flaws

• Promote collaboration between development and infrastructure teams

• Contribute to various customer projects and extensive IT environments

• Provide support for on-site customer engagements

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for technology and a desire to apply new technologies in practical settings

• Professional experience or a strong enthusiasm for technology; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Bitbucket

• Understanding of cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and SaltStack

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Rancher

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, ELK Stack, and Grafana

• Programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or Golang

• Strong awareness of security issues and knowledge of security best practices

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to pursue continuous professional development

• Openness to customer assignments and business travel

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level

• Proficiency in English is advantageous
